07Payment and delivery partners

To fulfil your order we share the necessary personal information with our payment provider (to process your payment) and courier partners (to deliver your order to your nominated address). These providers process your information only on our instructions for their part of the service. We never store your full card number or CVV.

08Online payments

Catsaka Technologies uses PayFast (payfast.io) as its online payment service provider for processing eligible online payments.

When you choose to pay online, relevant information required to process and verify the transaction may be shared with PayFast, subject to PayFast's own privacy and security practices.

Catsaka Technologies does not store customers' full card numbers, CVV/security codes or other complete card credentials on this website. Payment information is processed through the payment provider's secure payment infrastructure.

09How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Transaction and tax records are retained for the statutory periods set by South African law.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first on sales@catsaka.co.za so we can investigate and resolve the matter. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
